A shocking accident outside Win River Casino in Redding Thursday.
The CHP says shortly after 3:00 p.m. A woman driving a mustang pulled over at the entrance of the casino ... to let her mom out before she parked.
The driver failed to notice that a woman had tripped and fallen in front of her car, and she ran her over when she pulled out from the curb .
The 40-year-old victim was completely trapped under the vehicle, and it had to be lifted off of her.
She reportedly was not breathing, and was receiving CPR as the ambulance pulled away to take her to the hospital.
Officers say that so far there is no indication drugs or alcohol were involved, and no names have been released.###
