At least two people were arrested after police served an early morning search warrant at a home in Chico Thursday.
The Chico police detective unit raided the home off of Spruce Avenue just before 7:00 a.m. as part of a stolen property investigation.
The two men who live in the house were arrested and several people inside were detained.
Police say they also found evidence of drug activity inside the home.
Sgt. Matt Madden said,"We have located some stolen property that we intended to find here but we're not done.. We're still searching. This has been a house we've been looking at for a while."
Police would not say what stolen property was found and whether more arrests are expect.
The names of the two men arrested have not been released but police say they are in their early 20's. #####
