Chico Police say there has been a 300 percent increase in calls to the Vagabond Inn in the last few years. They have arrested Jarvis Jay Bond in connection with dealing meth, prescription pills, mushrooms, and marijuana. They say they've also made 17 felony and 4 misdemeanor arrests since the start of summer. Action News attempted to contact the manager and owners of the hotel, but the manager declined to talk on camera, or share any information, other than to say they're working to fix the problem.
