Humboldt County authorities nabbed two men in a massive drug bust in Arcata. Officers arrested 21-year-olds Christopher Luddie and Patrick Wall, residents of park avenue. A search of the house revealed 122 pounds of marijuana packaged for sale and evidence of a butane hash lab as well one-pound of hash, an indoor marijuana growing room and approximately $160,000 in cash. Wall and Luddie were both arrested for cultivation and possession of marijuana for sale. They also face charges for manufacturing of a hash and for conspiracy to commit crime. They are each being held on $500,000 bail.
