The teenage suspect in a stabbing and hate crime in Chico will stand trial as an adult. In August, police say Jacob Tracy stabbed a 19-year-old African American six times in the hip and shoulder. Tracy was 17-years-old at the time. He's since turned 18. Tracy claims to be a white supremacist. He will face both assault and hate crime charges. A trial date is expected to be set on December 18th. If convicted, Tracy faces up to 11 years in prison.
