A new business that specializes in electric bikes has opened in Chico.
It's called "Red Mountain and Green Cycle" and it's located on the corner of 20th and Fair streets.
Tim Jeffers, who owns the business with his parents, says they offer the most advanced hybrid electric bicycles and equipment available on the market today, and they thrive on providing the consumer a cost-effective zero-emission transportation solution
"They're a lot of fun to ride, they're a great form of transportation and they also allow anybody to ride a bicycle regardless of physical constraints or maybe injury," said Jeffers.
The bike shop also offers potential consumers a chance to test ride their products.
