Two brothers are caught in the act while trying to burglarize Lowe's in Chico. Around 10:30 last night, a Chico police officer noticed a hole in a chain link fence behind the business on Forest Avenue. Police say there have been several break-ins at Lowe's recently, and officers immediately set up a perimeter, and a k-nine was sent inside. Officers say 40-year-old Russel Castro, and his brother, 34-year-old Brian Castro, were trying to steal power tools from the business. Both were arrested on charges on burglary.
