Ingredients2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 (10 3/4 oz) can Cheddar cheese soup
1/2 c. milk (a little more, depending on your taste)
1 (16 oz) can tomatoes, cut up
1 (7 oz) can chunk tuna fish, water packed **
snipped parsley
freshly ground pepper to taste
Directions
In saucepan, cook onion in butter until onion is tender but not brown. Add cheese soup; gradually add milk. Add undrained tomatoes, undrained tuna, parsley and pepper to taste. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
**can substitute 7 1/2 oz. can of clams.
