Ingredients3 egg whites
2 tsp. water
2 cans (12 oz each) salted peanuts
1 c. whole blanched almonds
1 c. walnut halves
1 3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins
Directions
In a large bowl, beat egg whites and water until frothy. Add nuts; stir gently to coat.
In a separate bowl, combine sugar, pie spice and salt; add to nut mixture and stir gently to coat. Fold in raisins.
Spread onto 2 cookie sheets. Bake uncovered at 300 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring every 10 minutes. Cool.
Store in an airtight container. Perfect for gift giving in tins or decorated canning jars.
