Beans And Pasta

Ingredients
2 c. small shell pasta, cooked
1 can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 can chick peas, drained and rinsed
1 green pepper, seeded and chopped
1 c. chopped green onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
1/4 c. basil,chopped
salt and pepper to taste
3/4 c. mayonnaise (optional)
2 hard boiled eggs, shelled and sliced

Directions
Combine macaroni, kidney beans, chick peas, green peppers, onion and celery in mixing bowl.

Blend oil, vinegar, garlic, basil, salt and pepper together. Pour over salad. Mix well and refrigerate an hour or more to chill well.

Before serving, add mayonnaise and mix well.

Garnish with egg slices.
