Chico Police are investigating an early morning home invasion. It happened at about 3:15 a.m. Tuesday morning at a home on North Cedar Street near West 4th Avenue. Police say 4 black men, one of them armed with a gun, forced their way into the apartment as 3 women and a 3 year old child were sleeping. The suspects immediately began punching and kicking the victims and demanded to know where an unknown male was. The men ran off after a victim's pitbull ran down the stairs. The victims were taken to Enloe Medical Center with moderate injuries. No arrests have been made. Anyone with information should contact Chico Police.
