According to Shasta County investigators, they responded to a call in Big Bent at around 5:00 o'clock Saturday morning to find a Native American man dead with an apparent gunshot wound. They interviewed several witnesses and arrested Noah Potts, 28, for murder, and Colin Kennedy, 25, for Conspiracy to Commit Murder. The identity of the victim has not been released.
