According to the California Highway Patrol, Kin Cannon was driving under the influence of drugs when she pulled in front of a motorhome and caused a wreck.  It happened Friday afternoon.  Investigators say the mobile home driver spotted her pulling out from Jill's Market in Dairyville, onto Highway 99.  The driver says Cannon, driving a Ford Focus, came to a stop in the shoulder lane, then pulled directly in front of the mobile home.  The driver reported not having time to stop.  Authorities say the mobile home, traveling at about 50 miles per hour, hit the Focus on it's left side.  The Focus spun around and came to rest in the center turn lane of the Highway.
Cannon's 3 year old son was killed on impact.  Another child in the car wasn't seriously injured.  Cannon was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.  She is expected to survive.  She is charged with felony DUI.  The driver of the mobile home has not been charged.
