At approximately 4:48 a.m. Shasta County Sheriff's Office received reports of a gunshot victim in a home north of the Pit Stop store in Big Bend. When Deputies arrived on scene they found one male deceased from gunshot wounds. Major Crime Detectives discovered 28 year old Noah Ryan Potts shot and killed the victim. Later a second suspect, 25 year old Colin Horn Kennedy was arrested for Conspiracy to Commit Murder. They are both booked in the Shasta County Jail. The name of the victim has not yet been released. The investigation is still on going.
