Redding Police say they have arrested Jeffy Jones, 25, Blake Edwards, 24, and Maude Larsen, 21, all of Redding, in a series of shoplifting incidents dating back to November 1. They are accused of stealing from Kohl's, Wal-Mart, and other stores in the Redding area. Investigators say they also became aggressive with employees. They have been arrested and charged.
