(AP) - President Barack Obama is expected to lay out his vision for immigration reform when he travels to Nevada tomorrow.

But today, some leading Republican and Democratic senators will unveil the groundwork for their own plan, which addresses border security and a path to citizenship for illegal immigrants already in the country.

They say they've begun the foundation of what could be sweeping immigration reform.

And even with the support of a bipartisan group of senators, a new immigration reform plan could face a big hurdle in the House -- dominated by conservative Republicans who've shown little interest in easing immigration laws.
