According to the Shasta County Sheriff's Office, on October 2, Tyler Neau, 18, and Kaishla Geisler, 18, turned off power to Dr. Ferrell's Dentist Office.  The business is part of a strip mall adjoining the Palo Cedro branch of North Valley Bank.  Investigators say they then broke a window and took a small amount of cash from the dentist's office, and an undisclosed amount of cash from the bank's teller drawers.
Deputies say on October 7 just after midnight, they received an alarm from the same bank indicating the power had been shut off again.  They arrived to see a car speeding away.  The driver turned the lights off and the two suspects got out and fled.  They returned to the scene a short time later and turned themselves in.
Investigators say the two teens admitted to the three burglaries, and said they'd learned techniques from watching heist movies.
They've been booked into Shasta County Jail on three counts of commercial burglary, criminal conspiracy, and felony evading.
