Oroville Police say an 18 year old female sped down Montgomery Street Sunday afternoon, crossed the center lane, hit another car, then spun into a bench with several other teens sitting on it. Police say the teenager had been drinking when the accident happened. She was injured, and taken to the hospital. It's not clear what charges she'll be facing. There were 10 people involved in the accident, including several people in both cars, and on the bench. It's not clear how serious the other injuries were. But police did say there were two pregnant women and one child involved.
