Two people are in jail after leading police on a high-speed chase through Butte County Saturday, February 23.
It started the night before when a white Volkswagon was stolen from downtown Chico.
The chase started Saturday afternoon in Magalia, reached speeds up to 100 miles per hour.
Police used spike strips to slow down the vehicle. It stopped here on Highway 32 and Yosemite.
