A Redding man is facing felony child molestation charges. His alleged victim is a 4-year-old girl. Police arrested 55-year-old Dale Lamar Neel at his home around 8:30 Tuesday night. His arrest came after authorities had been called to Mercy Medical Center's emergency room to a report of a possible sexual molestation victim. Neel is held in the Shasta County Jail on $500,000 bail.
