Oroville Police say a man and a juvenile female were on Fogg Street in Oroville late Friday night when a vehicle drove by and fired several rounds at them. They were both hit several times in the abdomen area. They were taken to the hospital, where the man later died. Another witness who arrived shortly after said there were at least 9 shell casings from an assault rifle in the street.
