A young dog has been given a second chance at life after being thrown from a car on Christmas Eve.
It happened on Highway 99 near East 20th street. The dog was thrown from the partially moving car, and left to die.
Despite his malnourished condition, and likely rocky past, the pup is extremely friendly and loving.
