A recently released survey by the Office of Traffic Safety shows that 80-percent of California driver rank texting and talking while driving the most dangerous distraction on the road for 2012. Despite the high numbers recognizing the dangers, millions still do it. Young adults and those in Southern California are most likely to do the illegal act.
