Corning Police arrest two Chico teenagers for driving a stolen car. An officer pulled over a Subaru Legacy just before 10:30pm last night for driving without headlights in the dark. That's when he discovered the car was reported stolen out of Butte County. While the officer waited for back up, the juveniles, a 15 year old boy and a 14 year old girl, took off running. The boy eventually surrendered and was taken into custody...but the girl kept running. She was found a short time later hiding under a trailer. Both were taken into custody and booked into the Tehama County Juvenile Justice Center. The car was later returned to it's rightful owner.
