Chico Police Chief Promotes Community Action Summit

Chico Police Chief Kirk Trostle appeared on CBS 12 Action News at Noon Friday to promote the upcoming "Community Action Summit" at CSU, Chico.  It's to address issues of alcohol and drug abuse, prompted by the deaths of five students due to overdoses since August. The goal is to invite participants to express their views on the issues and possible solutions, with break-out sessions to focus on more in-depth topics. Friday February 22nd in the BMU Auditorium at Chico State. 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. Check in is from 8:45 - 9:45 a.m.  Please register at the lin provided.
