CHP investigators want felony DUI, manslaughter and child endangerment charges filed in connection with a deadly crash near Dairyville.
Three year old Connor Shimko was killed October 12th when his mom, 29 year old Tiffany Kincannon, allegedly pulled out in front of an oncoming motorhome on Highway 99.
CHP officers delivered their case to the District Attorney Thursday.
They say Kincannon was driving under the influence of drugs at the time of the crash, in which a 13 year old boy was also injured.
The D.A.'s office will determine whether there is enough evidence to pursue charges.###
