A Chico man has been arrested for being accused of burglarizing several homes in the south campus area.Pedro Rios was taken into custody yesterday after being pulled over while riding his bike against traffic. The officer says he noticed four laptops sticking out of his backpack along with other electronic devices. The items found in his bag matched items that had been reported stolen. The 38 year old had been out on parole and had already been convicted of stealing. Rios is being held at the Butte County Jail on the no bail parole hold.
