The people were spotted by neighbors near Eastside Road Sunday morning. Witnesses say the trio was opening mail boxes. Police were called, and the three were arrested. According to investigators, one was carrying a small amount of meth. Another one carried an I-D card that did not belong to him. Daniel Lusby, Jordan Ericsson, and Natalie West were arrested at booked into the Shasta County jail.
